The roller D46/D30-20 is used as a lateral guide for transport containers or as a support at bending transitions of roller conveyors. The construction height of the roller corresponds to the height of all D30 roller conveyors. Usually the component is mounted on the retaining profile of the roller conveyor support. In this case the profile tube acts as an axle. The use of the D46 roller minimizes the gap dimension at the bending point of roller conveyors and enables reliable, jerk-free running of transport goods. Furthermore, the roller protects both the base structure and the transport containers. In order to create a wider rolling surface, several rollers can be mounted next to each other. Attention: The roller D46 has du be pushed onto the profile tube when mounting the frame construction.
