The C-rail, bearing unit 8 D14 3R is used as a bearing unit for self-assembly of C-rail systems. The pre-assembled units are equipped with wiper and lubrication systems as well as cover caps. The track rollers used are durable and maintenance-free. In general, C-rail systems are variable and safe track roller guides and are designed in particular for the construction of lifting and sliding doors. The C-rail, bearing unit 8 D14 3R can be subjected to a maximum tensile load of Fmax = 1,500 N and pressure load of Fmax = 750 N. With the 3R variant, the bearing set can also be adjusted backlash-free using an eccentric. For safe operation, two ground shafts D14 must be mounted in the rail profile.
