1. Payment Options

1.1

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Delivery on invoice

2. Shipping

2.1

Your order will be shipped by parcel service or alternatively by freight carrier.

2.2

We ship to the following countries: Germany and Austria
The applicable shipping costs can be found under section 3.1 and 3.2

2.3

For goods delivered by freight carrier, the delivery will be "free curb", meaning up to the nearest public curb of the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed.

3.4

Please note that for cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (such as in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or charges, such as customs duties, may apply and are to be borne by you.

3.5

Due to increased parcel volume in the months of October to December, we unfortunately have to charge a peak surcharge for parcels. This surcharge will be waived and deducted by us if the package has a length under 1000 mm and a weight under 31.5 kg. The surcharge has already been included in the listed parcel fees here.
